We live in a 2 story- 4 bedroom flat in Dennistoun. Double glazing, fully furnished, with new carpets and curtains.
Myself and my two lovely flatmates are looking for 1 person to join us for 3-4 months while our flatmate is in Japan.
The dates would be april/May 2026 but we can be flexible on the exact dates so still get in touch to ask.
Our flat is located just off Alexandra Parade in Dennistoun.
15 minute walk to the Royal Infirmary hospital
5 minute walk to the train station.
1 minute walk to nearest bus stop.
5 minute walk to co-op/Iceland
15 minute walk to lidl
25 minute walk to George Square
Plus plenty of cute cafes and a few pubs and restaurants.
We have a good sized cosy living room, a separate kitchen with a balcony overlooking the garden to enjoy your coffee. 1 bathroom with a power shower. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridges/freezers.
The flat is laid out over 2 levels so it doesn't feel cramped, with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. Your new bedroom would be upstairs so you would have plenty of privacy. It is a very large bedroom with king size bed, clothing rail and desk. It also includes a large window that lets in plenty of light (great views of the sunset).
Cat lovers especially welcome as we have a cat called Milo who would love to meet you.
The total cost per month (including bills) would be £660 And a deposit of £660
Also bear in mind that we have pretty much everything you will need for your short stay with us, including all kitchenware, appliances etc. You can use anything you want within the flat. What's ours is yours.
I work full time as a nurse getting up at 6am most days. And my other two flatmate both work from around 9-5. We are a quiet chilled clean flat. We are looking for someone who has a similar vibe to join us. I know joining a flat of 3 other people can seem daunting but we all started off at flatmates and now we have become friends. We will welcome you with open arms and support you with moving in and look out for you during your stay.
