You can walk into town in less than 15 minutes, and the Strachlyde and Caledonia universities are less than 15 minutes away on foot. If you drive, the M8 is just a few minutes away, and there is on-street parking near the flat.
 
Furniture: The flat comes fully furnished, with a fully kitted-out kitchen and amenities. There is a 4K smart TV, super king size new bed with comfy mattress .If you wish to bring your own furniture, there is a space, and we can discuss that.
 
I will consider short- and long-term options; the flat would be available from the middle of May. Flexible dates for the right person.
