Unfurnished double bedroom available in a rented 2 bedroom Dennistoun tenement flat. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room and two double bedrooms in total.

I work full-time in the third sector and am studying for a Masters part-time. I am sociable and used to work in events so am often out at gigs etc. I rented this flat unfurnished and am now looking for a flatmate.

Bills before splitting:
Energy - bill for January was £160
Council tax - £160 per month
Wifi - £26.50 per month

So usually around £775 including bills (over winter).
