Double bedroom with en suite in a gorgeous and spacious 2 bed Victorian flat in Dennistoun.

The flat has been fully refurbished to high standard and features:

• Private en-suite for your own use. The en-suite is fully functional - the shower is on the smaller size
• Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room to share with the flatmates
• Council tax, broadband, gas, and electricity (subject to reasonable use) included
• Cleaning twice a month included
• Free on street parking
• 50 inch TV in the living room with cable TV, Now TV, Netflix
• 32 inch TV in your bedroom with Netflix

We’re ideally looking for someone who would use the room during the week and head away for the weekends — we’ve had this setup before and it worked really well for everyone. In that case, we’re happy to discuss a tailored monthly rate. That said, we’re equally open to renting to someone full-time who shares similar values, is tidy, and takes good care of the room and the shared spaces.

We're looking to rent the room for up to 6 months.

We enjoy socialising with our flatmates but also really value privacy and making sure everyone has their own space and downtime.

We’re also happy to consider a flatmate with a well-behaved dog. (Sorry, no cats — we adore them, but they do love climbing onto the furniture!)

About us: We’re a couple of professionals working in finance and environmental services, with a passion for travel, music and culture. We spend a fair amount of time at home during the week, but on weekends we’re usually out at shows, gigs, or exploring the Highlands.
