Double bedroom with en suite in a gorgeous and spacious 2 bed Victorian flat in Dennistoun.

The flat has been fully refurbished to high standard and features:

• Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room to share with the flatmates
• Council tax, broadband, gas, and electricity (subject to reasonable use) included
• Cleaning twice a month included
• Free on street parking
• 50 inch TV in the living room with cable TV, Now TV, Netflix
• 32 inch TV in your bedroom with Netflix

We're ideally looking for someone who needs the room throughout the week and leaves for weekend - we've had this arrangement in the past and it worked best for all of us. In this case, we will negotiate price per month. But equally, we're happy to rent to someone who aligns with our interests, is tidy and takes a good care of the room and shared spaces. We like to socialise with our flatmates but also care about privacy and everyone's having their own space and time.

We're happy to consider a flatmate with a well behaved dog (sorry, no cats - although we adore them you can't teach a cat to not jump on living room furniture).

About us: we're a couple of professionals with a passion for travel, music and culture. We work in finance and environmental services. We tend to spend a lot of time in the flat throughout the week but during weekends we’re out and about catching shows or gigs, or hiking in the Highlands.
