Large furnished double room available in Dennistoun tenement. The flat is right next to Alexandra Park and 4 minute walk from Alexandra Parade train station.

The room has a kingsize bed, black out curtains, large wardrobe, desk and chair. There is cupboard space in the kitchen as well as the pantry where the washing machine is. There is free on street parking and I’ve never had any issues getting parked.

My boyfriend and I will be away travelling from the start of June until the end of September so ideally looking for someone for within this period but the room will be available from 06/05/24 and can be flexible with move out dates on our return.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will be respectful of the space as it is our home. Open to couples as you will have the flat to yourself but rent will differ to reflect bills.

Gas central heating, electricity, wifi and council tax all included in £700PCM.
