Looking for flatmate to move in to double bedroom flat on Duke Street in Dennistoun

Flat is around 25 minutes walk or 10 minute bus to George Square, within 5 minute walk of Bellgrove & Duke Street and 15 minute walk from Bridgeton train stations

Fully furnished double room with shared bathroom and fully equipped joint kitchen & living room

Looking for someone to move in from the middle of December with first rent due end of January

Rent is £560 a month not incl. bills (usually around £40 a month paid every 3 months, broadband £20 a month)

I (F22) am a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde so while students are more than welcome, I am on a 9-5 schedule so late midweek nights are undesirable

Council tax band B - please note that as a PhD student so am exempt from paying council tax
