Room for the academic year in the city centre

Hi I'm Ciaran, a 4nd year EEE student at strathclyde but currently on a year abroad so am looking for someone to take my room for the academic year. It is a 15 min walk from the city centre, or a 5 min bus with the bus stop being right at my front door. There is also a parking spot available with the flat in a car park with an entry barrier and easy access out right onto the M8. The room is an en suite, has plenty of space, a built in wardrobe and comes as shown in the photos but its up to you if you want to move the furniture in it around. The flat has 2 bathrooms, the main one shown and an en suite connected to my room so each flatmate has their own bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of space and comes with a newly fitted washing machine. The living room is comfortable and very comfy for movie nights and also has a juliet balcony.

Bills aren't included in the rent and if you aren't a student you would have to be willing to cover the council tax yourself (Band: D). The contracts are set up and can be transfered over to your details.
