Large room in beautiful flat with 2 class humans

Hey I am looking for a 3rd flat mate for my 3 bedroom flat in Dennistoun. The flat is barely 30 seconds from Duke street, and there are lots of gorgeous coffee places and a few good pubs nearby . The street I'm on is however super quiet and has a really homely feel. Its a 5 minuet train ride into the city centre or a 30 min walk :)
Im living abroad but you would be living with my two best mates Zofia and Charlie, and a gorgeous lurcher pup.
We are looking for someone who could be a pal not just a flat mate. Charlie and Zofia are pretty lively and like having adventures on days off, but also love getting cosy in front of the log burner and having chilled times.
In the flat there is everything you need, we have a great bathtub and shower, washing machine , clothes dryer, dish washer, a boiling water tap so great if you have a caffeine habit. We also have a cellar space for storage, and a lovely communal garden.
