Location: The flat is a 5 min walk to Alexandra Parade Station, has plenty of bus links, as well as a stones throw to Alexandra Park itself.
The Room: This is a double bedroom equipped with a bed and wardrobe.
Facilities: The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the essentials (two fridges, oven, storage, air fryer, toastie machine, microwave etc).
Bills: Rent is £500 each and WiFi, Electricity and Council Tax is roughly another £200 on top.
Tenancy Length: The room is available for a minimum of 6 months and is a roll on contract after that.
About me: I’m a professional creative who is easy-going and looking to someone who is looking for a relaxed and respectful home environment. I enjoy my own space but also love a movie night in with a glass of wine or going out for brunches or drinks and would love to find someone with the same interests.
