Double room in Spacious Dennistoun flat

Lovely 2 bedroom flat available in Dennistoun.

I am a professional working full time and I come with a cat, so cat lovers and pet lovers are essential. Unfortunately other cats or dogs won't be considered given the process of getting the pets used to each other.
The flat comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and a fully furnished living room. The bathroom has a new over bath shower installed. Plenty of storage!
There's a spare room which has plenty of storage space and can be used as WFH office.
I am very active and very laid back however not looking for party animals. Doesn't mean I'm not social, I love socialising over a meal or coffee. I am looking for someone that is respectful of other people space and cleans after themselves and happy to share chores.

Bills are not included and will be shared with me however the flat is quite warm so it's perfect for the winter and council tax is B so roughly 80£ each a month. I just moved in so I don't know how much utilities are yet (I got a contract with Octopus and I'm getting the first bill tomorrow which was estimated of 114.92 between two people so roughly 57.45£ each a month, depending on usage and season). Ideally I'm looking for another professional and someone with a similar Monday to Friday office schedule but I'm open to have a chat and be flexible for the right person. References would be required for the landlord and affordability checks will be carried from the landlord.
Long term preferred but happy to consider short terms for the right person (this will need to be approved by the landlord).
Plenty of on road parking if you drive. I have a van and I have no issues finding parking after work despite how busy Dennistoun gets.
Please note the room for rent is on the road side of a main road however it's very quiet at night and won't be suitable for a night shift worker given how busy Duke street gets during the day.
