I am leaving Glasgow for 3 months due to an internship, and am looking for someone to let my room to while I'm away. The flat is really pretty and in great condition, it gets a lot of sunlight so is bright and pretty warm. It's also only 5 minutes away from the train station so very convenient!
My flatmate is great, very friendly and chilled out. He's a student and works part time, and is very clean and considerate.
The rent is £500pm, and it's council tax band B (and discounted as one of us is a student). Looking to let the room between 7th May and 5th August, but I can be flexible with this!
