Double room to rent

I am looking for a flatmate for my spare room in Dennistoun! I am a 24 year old professional female and would ideally like another professional in their 20’s - early 30’s for council tax purposes.
I love to go to the gym, go running and walks and I like spending time with my flatmate as well as having my own space as well. I’m very chatty and friendly!
I’m a hybrid worker so occasional WFH.

Lovely spacious flat within a 20-30 minute walking distance of the city centre and on great bus routes. Bright open plan kitchen/living room, one family bathroom and shower is in the en-suite in my room.
Room is furnished with a double sofa bed and storage (drawers and built in wardrobe).

Council tax band D.
