Double room in Bright Dennistoun flat

I am looking for a professional to share my bright flat with in beautiful Dennistoun Glasgow. I will be a live in Landlord and will be going to University in Edinburgh to study my Post Grad in Art Psycotherapy in September.

I currently live in Thailand and have tennants in the property who will be moving to Spain at the end of September.

I will be studying 2 days per week, on placement 2 days a week and working as much as possible in between, which is likely to be a mix of home and workplace.

I am looking for a like minded individual who is quiet and not into partying/drinking. I am creative, I like to listen to music and i love to cook, but generally I am very quiet and like my home to be a cosy sanctuary where I can reset and rest comfortably.

I have been vegan for 12 years and would only consider living with someone who has the same/similar ethics. I would consider you if you are vegitarian!

The flat has a small bathroom, small kitchen, a living/dining space and two bedrooms. The bedroom available has a double bed and built in wardrobes. It is south facing so gets the sunshine in the morning and through the day. Its a lovely bright tenement flat with high ceilings, so can get a bit colder in the winter.

First and last month rent upfront plus £500 security deposit
