First floor Dennistoun flat

Hi,

My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take her room. I'm on the first floor less than 5 minutes walk from Alexandra Parade station and bus stops on the 38 route.

The room is really bright and fairly big. Defitnitely big enough for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf. The flat is band B for council tax, we usually pay £90 in bills and I've just switched to a new provider for wifi that's £26. The flat came unfurnished apart from a wardrobe in this room. However, my flatmate is getting rid of her furniture so the room can be furnished.

I work at a pottery studio and have been an artist for 6 years. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself but always up for dinner or hanging out if we click. I'm a good cook. I prefer to have a clean place but it's more important to me to have a relationship that isn't tense. I adopt the attitude if I see something needs done and I have the time, I'll do it. I'm trans and a lesbian, and I would prefer to live with other queer people but if you're cool with that and not queer still get in contact. I'm also vegan but not fussy about other people diets. I also have a lovely snowshoe cat called Iggy. Please see pictures for a photo of me, my cat, and my ceramics!
