I'm looking for a new long-term flatmate for my 2 bedroom flat in the Dennistoun area near Duke Street.

Rent: £542pm
Bills: approx. £50-70pm. Can be more in winter
Council tax: £147 every 2 months (band B)

Your room will be unfurnished so you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture (bed, mattress, drawers, nightstand, etc. or anything else you want)

I'd preferably like to live with someone who is around the same age as me and is either a working professional or 4th year/postgraduate student only. Students must be okay with splitting the council tax payments evenly even though there will be a discount.

Lidl 10 minute walk
Co-op 10 minute walk

Duke Street Station 5 minute walk

Great transport links by bus or train to city centre, west end (takes roughly 40 minutes by bus), Springburn and Milngavie, as well as other places.

Move in date: any date between 5th-15th September

A bit about me:
I graduated this year from Glasgow Uni with an English Lit degree and now work at a pension company until I find out what I'm actually doing with my life 😭
I'm originally from Callander

I enjoy R&B music, art, fashion, books, video games, nostalgic TV, long walks in nature and occasionally going out for drinks, parties and clubbing.
I also like going to cafes, pubs, charity shops, art museums, etc.

I'm fairly laid-back, all I ask is that you're friendly, share household chores, and that you don't make noise at night during the week as I work a 9-5 job.

I'm always down for making new friends but it's also fine if you just want to do your own thing and keep to yourself.
