The Flat is situated between alexandra parade and Duke street and is a 40 minute walk from Central, 10 minutes from bus stops on either main road and a 15 minute walk from the Duke street and Bellgrove stations.
Also 15 minutes from lidl and the co-op(the closest bottle bin.)
There is on street parking but it gets pretty scarce come 5pm and parking 2 or 3 streets down is often required if you arrive after then.

I am a 23 year old male student at the City of Glasgow college.
I am a messy person who tries to be tidy.
I try to be quiet after 10pm.
Occasionally I have people round for dinner or drinks. Communication about social events so I can organise around them, would be nice.
