Double room to rent in Dennistoun!

Beautiful double room in Dennistoun to rent in a two bedroom ground floor flat with it's own front garden and communal back garden. The flat is very cosy and relaxed. It has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen and also two bedrooms. There is parking on the street which is free.

We are both writers and it is a creative household – we are looking for someone nice, clean and preferably female! You'd also be living with a ragdoll cat who is indoors, Fenn.

I am away teaching until next summer so I am looking for someone to take my room with the possibility of extending.

The room is £350 bill and flexible move-in date but we are hoping for someone from October/November.

Council Tax band B. Bills roughly £130 a month.
