One Bedroom Flat Available (short term let)

Hi I’m looking to let out my top floor one bedroom flat in the east end of Glasgow available on a short term let basis. This is still my main address however I am temporarily living elsewhere due to work commitments. Ideally looking for a professional who could move in November until Christmas time, potentially into January also. I would require the flat back for a week over the festive season and of course would not charge the tenant rent for this period. I would also occasionally require access to the flat to access my belongings however this would be discussed with new tenant. For this reason this would technically be a flat share although I would not be living in the house during this time. Cheers, Joe :)
