Cozy double room in Dennistoun for females

Thank you for reading my ad. I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out in December. Students are preferred for council tax reason. Professionals are welcomed if you’re willing to cover the council tax yourself (the flat is council tax band B).

The flat has 2 bedrooms. The room you will be staying is on the quieter side of the flat, furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a built-in storage for clothes. Please note that beddings are not included. We will share the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small but we will manage well! The flat is quite warm with central heating. It has many windows for natural light as well, which I like! The rent listed doesn't include bills, which will be around £100 per month, including eletricity, gas, broadband and insurance. The lease will be processed through a letting agent who is very nice and responsive.

The location of the flat is also great, with various cafes nearby. Lidl and Aldi are 10 mins walk, Morrisons and Asda are 20 mins away on foot. The nearest train station is Duke Street, which is just 3 mins walk away from the flat. Bus stops are right around the corner.

Just a little bit about me, I'm a PhD student in the University of Glasgow, now in my 3rd year, hoping to finish soon next year. I hope to find a nice and tidy flatemate who won't mind me being pretty quiet at home.
