The flat itself offers plenty of space with a shared shower room, dining area, kitchen, living room, and garden, everything you’ll see in the photos.
The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbours rs, most of whom are older. It’s only a 15-minute walk to Duke Street and about 20 minutes to Glasgow Forge Shopping Centre. There are Lidl, Aldi, Co-op, and Nisa supermarkets nearby. The gym at Glasgow Forge is around 20 minutes on foot or just 7 minutes by bike. Plus, the flat is right next to Alexandra Park.
Located in Dennistoun, the flat is perfectly situated for commuting:
- Just a 2-minute drive to the M8 and M80 motorways.
- 5 mins walk to Alexandra Parade train station with less than a 10 mins train ride to Glasgow city centre.

I’m into sports (especially football) and enjoy all kinds of music. I’m a pretty social person and also tutor maths, so I’m often out of the flat on weekends.
