Double room for rent in Dennistoun, Glasgow

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to rent the second room in my flat as my current flatmate will be moving out soon.

The flat is located in Dennistoun, just a 30-minute walk from the city center. It’s on the third floor of a quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. The bus stop, train station, and the nearest supermarket are all about 5 minutes away, with more shops, cafes, and pharmacies nearby.

The room available is spacious and bright, furnished with a large bed and a big wardrobe. The rest of the flat includes a cozy living room with a TV and comfy sofas with access to the balcony, a fully-equipped and spacious kitchen, and all utilities are included in the rent.

A little about me: I’m a 4th-year psychology student at the University of Strathclyde, and I work part-time in a café during the week. I’m friendly and easygoing, but also quite relaxed at home. I love going out for dinner, coffee, and brunch, and enjoy hanging out with friends and neighbors. I’m also a big fan of traveling, vintage shopping, day trips, going to the gym, watching movies, and even singing occasionally.

I’m looking for a flatmate between 20 and 30 years old, someone I can get along with and hopefully become friends with. It would be great to share meals or hang out together from time to time. While I’d prefer a student to avoid council tax, professionals are also welcome (just be aware that you will be responsible to pay the council tax).
