Room Available for December/Christmas

Hey, I am travelling during December and my room is available for rent. It's a spacious 2 bedroom flat on Duke street. This place is very accessible, Duke train station is just across the road and there's a bus station right next to the apartment building. Room is big, has a cupboard and lots of storage space. You'll mostly have the flat and living room all by yourself since my flatmate (who's a physiotherapist) spends limited time on the flat. Rent amount is inclusive of all bills and WiFi.
