Double Room with Private Bathroom Near City Centre

Spare double bedroom available in a modern flat close to the city centre, just a 15-minute walk from Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian Universities. The location also has great bus links and private parking. The flat is very close to the hospital, with Lidl only a five-minute walk away and Co-op just two minutes down the road.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a mini chest of drawers, a desk, a seat, and a bed with a mattress. The flat is on the first floor with lift access and also has a dishwasher.

I have my own en suite bathroom, so the main bathroom would be yours to use exclusively.

The room is available for the summer period, from June until 14th September. I’ll be away for the vast majority of this time, so you’ll essentially have the flat to yourself — the kitchen and living room will be almost exclusively yours for the full duration of your stay. I may occasionally pop in once a week or stay over for a night, but that’s about it.

A bit about me: My name is Jamie, I study engineering and I’m into sports. I’m relatively clean and tidy.

Bills (electric, gas, and Wi-Fi) are not included in the rent and usually come to about £80 per month.
