Double Bedroom for rent on Duke Street

My friend is finishing his studies and leaving Glasgow at the start of March, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room.

Double room in a spacious flat located on Duke Street, a 25 min walk to the city centre and University of Strathclyde, and a few minutes from a train station. All the streets nearby are free parking for cars also.

I'm a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde (pink shirt in final picture). Enjoy going out with friends, kayaking, climbing and going to the gym. I'm easy going and happy with either sociable flatmates or those who prefer their own space :) I am currently a smoker (out of the window, trying to quit), if that is an issue. Ideally looking for a student to avoid council tax, but if you're a professional we can split the discounted rate.
