Hi! I have a room available from 28th of december in Dennistoun. Rent is £550 including bills. (Council tax Band D is £110 each p/m, bills ~£40 p/m)

The room available is a double bedroom, fully furnished with good storage and desk space. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub, which you would have all to yourself.

It's a really calm and quiet area with lots of greenery, close to shops and nice cafés.
A short walk to the bus stop will take you into town in 10 min, 5 min walk to Bellgrove train station.

You'd be Iiving with me, a 30yo woman who enjoys going to gigs, films and crafts. Ideally looking to live with someone around the same age who is looking for a sociable flat, and values a calm & cozy home.
