Double Bedroom in Dennistoun - Mid June onwards

I have a double room becoming available in a lovely bright 2 bed furnished flat in Dennistoun.

I am moving into this flat in June and will be looking for a chill but sociable flat mate to join me from end of June or July onwards!

I’m 26 and currently work as nurse in the southside but will be going back to university part-time in September.

Until September I am working 9-5 (mon-fri). I will be dropping to part-time hours and may be studying from home 2 days a week, so I am also open to having mature students 😊

I’m very tidy and clean so would love to have someone who is on the same page.

In my spare time, I love going to crossfit, seeing friends, cooking/eating out, being outside and occasional nights out/pub. I will have my boyfriend staying a few times a month and friends over for dinner etc - so i’m very happy with your friends/family/partners visiting and staying. Would also love to get on well with whoever moves in and become friends - obviously I respect alone & down time, especially during the week when work is busy!

The bedroom is south facing so it is very bright - the whole flat will be getting redecorated in June so it will be all newly painted for you moving in! The bedroom has a full size double bed, mattress, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table(Please note that these photos are when nobody was living there).

The flat is 5 minute walk to Alexandra Parade train station and Duke Street bus stops so has great public transport connections. There is free on street parking if you have a car.

Rent will be £600, plus 50/50 on bills so around £700 in total. However this may be lower once moved in and assess the price of bills 🤞🏼
