The rent for the room is £525 per month. Bills (Gas, electric, internet and council tax) tend to cost between £140-240 each per month, depending on energy costs and the season etc.
I've been renting here for about 4 years. It's a really cosy, pretty flat and I adore it. Great location in a quiet street, and you'll have use of the living room a lot of the time.
Move-in date has some flexibility, once the current tenant has left around the 14th September.
