Currently living in spain but i will be back at the end of May and will be looking to rent out a potential double bedroom in my flat in Dennistoun.
🏠 About the flat: It currently has triple bunk beds but I will purchase a new bed upon completion of the tenancy agreement being signed. This can be a single or small double as per request of the tenant. The room is otherwise furnished, but if you were to feel it required something, I’d have no issue making a purchase.
About me (the owner) I study languages full time at Glasgow University and work as a chef. I will also be away abroad again for part of the year which will give the tenant the flat to themselves. I also travel to Newcastle regularly to spend time with son, again giving the tenant plenty of space.
🏋️♂️ There is a home gym in the flat as I enjoy working out and keeping fit. All equipment would be available to the tenant.
🧹 I would expect a decent level of cleanliness, especially in shared spaces. I’m pretty easy going and easy to get along with.
📍 There is a bus stop directly below the flat to connect you with the city centre. The bus takes 10 minutes whereas the train takes around 4 minutes from the station (which is 3 minutes away).
Viewings can commence from amMay 31st. Move in date from the 1st or 2nd.

‼️ I am exempt from council tax payments currently so would ideally be looking for someone in the same boat. Council tax monthly payments wound be around £174 (just to put it out there).
I think you’ll find it difficult to find a better deal.
