Rent £650, Deposit £650, all bills included, except Gas & Electricity, which are split equally among people in the flat on a monthly basis.

You can expect something around £40 to £50, however it all depends on how much energy is used.

Super short terms (less than a month) will be considered however it will be charged a daily rate of £30, with all bills included.
