1 room for rent in cute flat in Dennistoun

Hi everyone! I’m Sophie, I’m 23 and a masters student. I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room in my flat. The room pictured will be yours however the furniture will be different, most likely just plain white and you are free to configure the room however you wish.

Wifi is £24, bills range from £40-80 but I would like to keep them to a minimum. Total living costs would be £475 without council tax. £550 if a professional were to move in and pay CT.

I’m looking for someone who is clean tidy and respectful of communal areas like the kitchen, living room and bathroom as this is how I like to live. I have one cat, she is 4 and friendly and super cute but she can be quite vocal so I really need my new flatmate to love cats as much as I do!

The flat is a few minutes walk from Bellgrove station which is two stops from Queen Street Station, a 15 min walk from Strath Campus and there is bus stops also a short walk from the building. There is also a supermarket across the road and another 15/20 mins walk away.

I am pretty chill to live with but if you have any questions about living preferences feel free to send me a message. I’m away in Edinburgh for uni most days and work late nights on weekends so I’d say I’m quite busy and I like my home to be somewhere I can come back to and unwind. I can be quiet to myself sometimes during busy periods but I’m always down to hang out now and again!

Preferably a student as I’d like to avoid council tax. But if it comes to it council tax will be £75ea per month.
