The flat is new and energy efficient. I have been living here for the past year with my friend and my friend is now leaving the country, hence I’m looking for a flatmate to take up her room.
The flat is fully furnished, you would not need anything to move in.

I want a young professional flatmate who keeps clean and picks up after themselves. It would be nice to have common interests. There are no dietary restrictions.

The rent is excluding bills. Bills come out to 150-200 per month (inc council tax, electric and gas and wifi)
