Lovely room in Denniston

Cosy bedroom in Denniston!

We have a lovely room coming up at the begging of November in our tenement flat. The flat is quite spacious, and we have a shared bathroom and kitchen. It’s located on the fourth(top) floor of a tenement, on Roslea drive (just off Duke street). The flat is surrounded by great cafes, bars and shops of Denniston. Room comes with queen’s bed &mattress, and some storage.

We are both working girls, one of us works from home in IT and the other in the gallery. We like quiet lovely chilled evenings, so looking for someone who into similar lifestyle. We like to keep the flat clean, and looking for a flatmate who's nice, tidy and easygoing:)

WiFi, gas/ electricity, tax comes to about £105 extra.
