Spacious Double Room in Dennistoun

Hiya,

I'm moving out of a super spacious double room in Dennistoun. You're right beside Alexandra Park and a short 15 mins walk into Duke Street. The city centre is only a 15 min bus ride or 7 mins from the train station.
Own private balcony in v quiet area, also has loads of parking space in front.
Living with two other professional women.

Bills breakdown:
Council tax: £50pcm
Broadband: £11.5
Gas/Electric: £40-65 fluctuating

The room is furnished with a bed frame, wardrobe and desk/ chair. There is also opportunity to buy my small couch and mirror as I'm looking to get rid of them!

The move in date is fixed on the 8th December as we need someone to be keen to move in that date (or later if willing to pay rent then.)
