Flat share in Dennistoun!

Hello! My name is Kenny, I am a 27 year old male and I am currently renting a room in Dennistoun. My flatmate will be leaving the property at the end of January. I am looking for someone who is interested in the space.

The room is a lovely double room with a nice view of Hillfoot Street in the heart of Dennistoun. The walls are a calming shade of green. There is also a back close area where the bins are kept. The only items that will remain in the room will be the wardrobe and a bedside table, so you will need to source a bed.

There is a bus stop less than a minute from the flat which can get you into the city centre in less than 10 minutes. Bellgrove train station is also a 5 minute walk away. We are in council tax band B and pay £155 per month - 77.50 each. Bills can vary but are not expensive. The deposit amount may be larger and the landlord may raise the rent when my flatmate leaves as it is a joint tenancy.

I am a chill guy that values peace and comfort. I am social and also enjoy time to myself. II work through the week 9-5 and tend to be out and about on weekends. I would prefer to live with someone who has a similar schedule to mine.
