hey, i’m rachael and i’m looking for a new female flatmate to move in.

the flat itself is a classic tenement in good condition (even if there’s a bit more landlord-grey than i’d like) in an AMAZING location.

dennistoun is a lovely, walkable neighbourhood (i’ve lived all over glasgow and this has been my favourite neighbourhood by far) and the flat looks out onto Alexandra Park, so you get a lovely view in all seasons of the trees, folks walking their dogs and our local (well-fed) murder of crows.

i’m 34, half the week i work for myself doing creative/writing/online work, the other half i work in a coffee shop. i love books, movies, cute mugs, antique furniture and secular witchcraft. my religion is gilmore girls.

i’m looking to find a friendly & considerate female flatmate to share the space.

the flat is currently partly-furnished by the landlord, but i'm hoping to negotiate to change that 🤞
your room currently contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, but no bed.

the place is pretty organised, but mostly undecorated at the moment - both are important to me so i'm hoping to find a flatmate who feels similarly (or will at least keep things tidy and is happy to leave the designing & decorating to me).

open to pets, but can’t consider dogs with behavioural issues unfortunately.
