Bright double room in mid market flat

Big unfurnished room with lots of built in storage. The rest of the flat is furnished by me but current flatmate will be taking some of the living room furniture so could potentially bring a couch/chair if you already have one.
Rent is £397.10pp, energy is £35pp and council tax is band C. Will need to find a new wifi provider so unsure on price.
Will consider students is you help pay council tax.
Looking for someone open to making a new friend I’d like someone to spend time with occasionally watching films, sharing meals etc. I’m pretty relaxed with cleaning but would prefer someone tidy and organised.
I’m a waiter so my shift pattern isn’t set, when I’m off I like watching films/tv or going to the pub playing pool etc. I have friends over for dinner and drinks when I can and would welcome you to do this too as long as we’re communicating when guests are expected.
