Double Room in Beautiful Dennistoun Flat

I'm subletting my room between May 14th and July 31st (dates are adjustable if needed).

The room is big, has plenty of cabinet space and a desk, as well as a comfortable double bed, purchased within the last year. The room is furnished, and If you need bedding, I'm happy to supply some :)

The room is within a second-floor flat, and will be shared with 3 other girls at the time of your tenancy. Everyone is friendly and would be happy to help if you need anything. Everyone is in university or working full-time, so the flat will be quiet. There are two washrooms, with a massive kitchen and living room.

The flat is steps away from Alexandra Park, tons of amazing coffee shops (Zennor, Daily, Grain and Grind), as well as really cute independent restaurants and pubs. The closest grocery store is a 7-minute walk from the flat.

Walking to Glasgow City Centre only takes 15 minutes, right from Duke Street. Transportation here is great, with bus stops one minute away and the Bellgrove and Duke Street train stations both a 5 - 7 minute walk away, which connect to Glasgow city centre and Edinburgh.

All utilities are included in the rent cost. There is laundry on site :)
