The room is furnished with a single bed, (currently but this could be changed), desk, chair and open plan wardrobe. The common Areas have a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and ample seating in the living room, and there is a garden in the back .The flat has a washing machine and dryer which each flatmate may use on designated days.
