Double Bedroom in lovely Dennistoun flat

Hello! We are looking for a somebody to take over my room from early May as I am moving in with my partner.
The flat comprises of a large, south facing shared living room with use of Nina’s TV; a large Kitchen with wooden countertops and island; and a shared bathroom with a shower. The whole flat has wooden floors except for the kitchen and bathroom.
The available bedroom is the largest of the three; it has a built in bookshelf, large windows and is furnished with a bed and set of drawers.
My two flatmates, Nina and Ellen, are lovely and fantastic to live with. Nina works in Music Event Management and Ellen is training as an Art Teacher. They are looking for another female flatmate, ideally a professional in her late twenties. The flat dynamic has become that of close friends, despite each flatmate joining through spare room; it would be great to get another person in who is open to a chat in the kitchen, a movie night or going out for a coffee or pint. In saying that, personal space is very respected and nobody would bat an eye at you spending an evening in your room. The flat is kept tidy and clean but with room for being human, everybody is considerate of each other and the shared spaces without stress.
