Large room to rent in 4 bed house

We have a room to rent in our really nice 4 bed sandstone townhouse in Dennistoun, available from the 1st of June. We are all university graduates working in Glasgow in various professions. We are an easy going group, all from Darlington originally and spend a lot of time socialising in the living room after work. We like music, films, football, politics, going to the pub etc.

We split bills and council tax (band E) on revolut, and the rent is paid directly to the letting agent. They may require references and guarantors but this would depend on your income/circumstances.
