Cozy spacious room in Dennistoun Glasgow

I've got 2 pets , a cat and a dog , your room has a lock so you can always close your room , nobody will bother you :) you got a wee balcony window, your own bathroom, spacey wardrobes and great living room
I would like a person that is respectful of people spaces, I'm a musician so I sometimes sing and record at home (sorry lol)
I don't have internet WiFi but we can sort it out, as I already have unlimited internet on my phone so I never use WiFi ,
Bills would be 50 quid for electricity and gas
Please don't bring people over every 2 days either, I'm an introverted person I like my home to be peaceful, but don't mind from time to time etc
This is not a party household
