Flat share Dennistoun

Hi, I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my existing flatmates part of the lease. The flat is a 2bed in Dennistoun, on Finlay Drive and your rent would be £600 pcm not including bills, and it’s a council tax band b. It is an upper floor tenement apartment so not accessible. It's a fairly quiet area but also near duke street and about a 5/10 minutes walk to either duke street or bellgrove train stations depending on your speed. You'd be living with me, l'm 24, a PhD researcher, love watching pysch, getting a pint in, and buying flowers, and am home bird thats trying to get out into nature more.
