The flat has a large shared living room, big kitchen/dining area, spacious bathroom, and brand new boiler and central heating. It’s furnished with vintage furniture, collectable pieces and artwork, creating a warm, relaxed and unique home environment.

Located in the heart of Dennistoun, the flat is within walking distance of local cafés, independent shops, gyms, supermarkets and great transport links into the city centre. Dennistoun has become one of Glasgow’s most popular and creative neighbourhoods, known for its friendly atmosphere, vibrant food spots and community feel, while still being quieter and more residential than the city centre.

There are excellent transport connections nearby, including regular bus routes and train stations with quick access into Glasgow city centre and beyond.

My partner and I live here with our young dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs and enjoy living with animals.

We live a fairly quiet lifestyle and prefer a calm, respectful home atmosphere rather than a busy party or social flat, so we’re ideally looking for someone similar who enjoys a peaceful living environment.

Myself and my Partner work away around half the week, so there will often be times when you have the flat to yourself. Because of this, trust, cleanliness and respect for the home are really important to us.
