The location is great as the flat is:

- 6 min by train to Glasgow Queen station
- Close to Aldi, Asda, local shops and Asian supermarkets

I enjoy chatting and being sociable, but I also value personal space and downtime, and I’m mindful of respecting that for others too.
I sometimes work from the living room, and I may occasionally invite friends over for casual conversations. I’m not into hosting parties or bringing large groups of people home.
Overall, I’m looking for a tenant who shares the same outlook: respectful, easy-going, and happy to help maintain a comfortable and relaxed home. This is open to only professional, and a long term tenant is preferred.
