Room in Dennistoun

Hi! I'm looking for a laid-back, friendly flatmate to share my 2-bedroom flat in Hanson Park, Dennistoun.

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It's in a fantastic location with great transport links into the city centre, as well as plenty of local cafes, bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I can send a video walk through if you need!

I'm a professional who works from home around half of the week. I'm sociable and enjoy getting out and about, grabbing a coffee or a drink, and generally making the most of living in Glasgow. That said, I also appreciate having my own space and downtime, so I'm looking for someone with a similar balance.

Ideally, you're easy-going, considerate and tidy. I'm not looking for just someone to split the bills with, but someone who's friendly and happy to have a chat now and then, while also respecting each other's space and routines.
