Single room available in cute Dennistoun flat

I am looking for a replacement flatmate (1-year minimum) to move into my current flat from mid September or early October onwards. I am preferably looking for another PhD student or master student (bc council tax). This move-in would mean signing a joint tenancy contract with my letting agency🫶🏽

🏡The flat is fully furnished, and I can also share room essentials such as a duvet, bed linen and pillows.

📌The flat is located in the east end of Glasgow, a 4 min walk to Duke Street station, 10 min to Bellgrove (both train lines connecting to the city centre and the west end).

💸Bills (Gas, electricity and internet) around £60 (which could go up a little more in winter).

About myself: I am originally from Guatemala and have lived in Glasgow for almost 6 years. I am about to start my final year of PhD at university of Glasgow.
