Room to rent in Dennistoun

Looking for a female flatmate to live with me in my flat in Dennistoun.
Has to be a professional, I am not looking to share with a student. I am about to start shift work including occasional nightshift therefore I am looking for someone who is understanding and respectful of what this entails.

I am a sociable person, I enjoy going out on walks, grabbing coffee and going to the gym. I also enjoy going to the pub with my friends. Saying that, I do enjoy my own space and downtime therefore I am looking for someone with a similar balance where we can have a chat now and then whilst also respecting each others space and routines.

The flat is only a 20 minute walk into the centre of town with big shops close by such as Morrisons and Lidl and lots of takeaways, pubs and lovely cafes close by on Duke Street and Alexandra Parade.
Bellgrove train station is less than a 10 minute walk away with good links to other Scottish cities and towns.

Bills are not included, currently they amount to £70.5 each but the gas & electric payment may become slightly higher in the winter. The property is band B and we will split the cost of council tax between us.
