Looking for a professional to take over a furnished double room in our lovely 2-bedroom flat in Dennistoun, as my current flatmate is moving out.
The room: Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamp.
The flat: 2 bedrooms, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Location: G31 3EZ, just a 5-minute walk from Alexandra Parade train station, with regular trains into Glasgow city centre. Shops, cafés and restaurants are also nearby.
Rent & bills: £325 rent per person. WiFi, electricity and council tax are shared equally. Current total is approximately £492 per month including bills, although electricity may be higher during the winter.
Looking for: Professional, clean and respectful.
Non-smoker, no pets and no couples.
