Double room to rent

Hello,

My name is Giancarlo, I am an Italian teacher and I am looking for a flatmate to share my flat with.
I am also studying French and Spanish at Strathclyde University.
I like music, cinema or DVD at home, reading, cooking (Italian food of course), have a chat and go out with friends. I like to share the flat with someone who wants to have a chat, dinner or watching a DVD, despite I need my space and my privacy.

My flat has been refurbished three years ago, so it’s quite new with gas central heating, windows with double glazing and internet wireless connection.

The flat is in the east end but not far from the city centre (20 minutes walking from Strathclyde University and 25 minutes from George square) and well connected by buses and trains.

The rent is 300 pounds included bills (gas, electricity, Internet).
