Double Bedroom with separate bathroom

Hi,

I have a furnished double bedroom to rent out in my flat. As I have an en-suite to my room, the main bathroom is effectively private use for who ever rents the room.
The flat is in a quiet part of Dennistoun, with plenty on street parking at the front and private parking at the rear and the building has a lift also.
The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, sky+ and wifi.
I am looking for someone that is reasonably tidy and friendly. I work full time and therefore sadly my weekday partying is behind me, however at the weekend if I'm not relaxing I like to go out and socialise with friends, and occasionally have friends over for dinner.
The price includes all bills. I will try and get more photos up asap.
